Can a woman forget her nursing child,
and not have compassion on the son of her womb?
Surely they may forget,
yet I will not forget you.
See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands;”
Isaiah 49:15-16

God always wants to be involved in our lives as mothers. He wants to be involved in all departments of our lives, but it is very common for us, as we grow up, to believe with the intelligence, skill, resources we have, with the position we occupy, we can do it all alone and gradually, we begin to forget God in our daily lives. How sad it is to only see God as your Sovereign God, and not as a child sees their father, mother.

“A highway shall be there, and a road,
And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness.
The unclean shall not pass over it…”
Isaiah 35:8

Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:8 that it is only the pure in heart that shall see God. This means that it is what is inside of you that makes you clean or unclean in God’s sight.

That is the greatest mystery of all – the God who created us now dwells not in temples built with human hands but within us by faith in our heart. (Acts 17:24).”

“In Matthew 22:21 Jesus said, “So give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” What is of God must return to Him. With the Word of God in your heart, you can one day return to Him in the world of glory.”

As a child of God, life on this earth is a pilgrimage – where we honour God in each mountain and valley and each season of our lives, and we know that the destination is to be with Jesus forever.”
