The Saviour of the world honored process. As Lord over the wind and the waves, He knew the need for life’s storms as well as the stillness. As the Firstborn over all creation, He knew the importance of sowing and reaping, springtime and harvest. Even though he was the Son of God, He learnt obedience by what He suffered (Hebrews 5:8)

If you want to be God’s person, you must follow His process. God often works through the circumstances of life to bring about His purpose in you. In order to follow God’s process, you need to understand this revelation truth: Success, greatness is not about your weakness, your shortcomings, your failure but about what Jesus did for you at the Cross; He made you fit for God. Christianity is not about what you do for Jesus but about what Jesus has done for you.

The design of the Gospel was to break the yoke of sin and satan and remove the separation between you and God. When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, we have the gift of eternal life and begin walking the journey with Jesus. Conversion is once in a lifetime but Christlikeness is forever. That is why the adversary is not afraid of who you are but of who Christ is in you.

It is God’s power working through His Word and by His Spirit that produces the nature of God in us. The Holy Spirit uses God’s Word to act on our soul to produce the virtues of Christlikeness in our character. God’s Word reflects His character. So each minute, each day, thank Jesus for washing you with His precious Blood on the Cross, yield to the Holy Spirit and be Christ filled.

“And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”

 2 Cor 3:18

“It took God one night to deliver the Israelites physically from 400 years of captivity but it took 40 years to deliver their hearts from captivity. For some, they never let go. You may have stopped your bad habits on the outside but is your heart still yearning for them? If you have decided to follow Jesus and you mean it, don’t look back! Look to God alone. You cannot discover new oceans if you do not lose sight of the shore.”

“There is nothing God created that He cannot command, control or instruct, and can turn people’s hearts to favour you. Solomon was made wealthy by God as God brought people from all over to bless him. God can use anything to speak to you, to preserve you and protect you for His purpose. So, never doubt that God can move mountains to bring to pass His purpose in your life. He is able to do more than you could ask or imagine because He is a living God and His resources are infinite.”

“As a child of your Heavenly Father, there is a promise for you in Isaiah 43:1 that you have been redeemed by God, that He called you by name and you are His. What does it mean to belong to God? Once Christ purchases us with His Blood, we become aliens here on earth and there is a barrier between us and everything here in this world.”
