I have seen something else under the sun:

The race is not to the swift
or the battle to the strong,
nor does food come to the wise
    or wealth to the brilliant
    or favour to the learned;
but time and chance happen to them all.”

Ecclesiastes 9:11

In the struggle between the stone
and the water – in time the water wins. Stone is harder than water, but in
time, the water erodes it. Whatever is in its path must eventually give way. Time
is in the hands of God, and each moment, day and year that passes, God is
working in your heart, if you allow Him.

What is your struggle? What is
that situation that seems so hard, so unwilling to yield? We all fight common
battles, just camouflaged differently. Don’t allow the vicissitudes of life to
harden your heart and cause you to doubt God’s love for you. Allow the pure water
of God’s Word to refine you and melt you. No matter what your situation says,
there is a way out.

God often works through the
circumstances of your life to mould you for His divine plan. No matter how hard
your situation may look today, no condition is permanent. When it is God’s time
for you to move into your destiny, nothing can stop it. The water of the Word
of God will break the obstacles and open the way for a new season.

Water is always moving, always
flowing, as is the Spirit of God in your heart. Just as the water erodes the
stone over time, God is doing His process in our lives! we have to be
absolutely obedient to His ways; and when the time comes, we shall see His
glory.

May the living water of God’s presence wash away your fears and doubts today in Jesus’ name, as you allow Him to finish His process in your heart, because in time the water wins.

THE MYSTERY OF GOD

“Where we desire vengeance, God pursues mercy. Where we encourage pride, God exalts the humble, where we focus on the outside, God looks at the heart. That is the greatest mystery of all – the God who created us now dwells not in temples built with human hands but within us by faith in our heart. (Acts 17:24).”

GOD’S LIFT

“IIf you enter a lift to go to the penthouse of a skyscraper building, how many of you would first press to go to down to the underground car park? No one! Yet, in God’s way of doing things, it is our job to submit and humble ourselves under Him and His job to lift us up in His time and in His way. In other words, humility is God’s lift for elevation.”

TICKET TO ETERNITY

“In Matthew 22:21 Jesus said, “So give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” What is of God must return to Him. With the Word of God in your heart, you can one day return to Him in the world of glory.”
